Also mentioned in Document #10 Laws And Customs, a man could have as many wives as he wants including his half sister and if his father passes away he could be married to his wife. A man in that society could quite literally get married to a new wife every day, and it would have been considered fine. The laws were so strict that no one would dare break them for if they did a quick execution would be considered merciful as a result, the people would be able to leave the doors unlocked and their stuff would be safe without them in public. Due to the server punishments, the people didn’t do anything like stealing. According to a previous lesson, the Mongols were so brutal and merciless that they would feast on their enemies while the enemies were still alive. Any enemy of the Mongols would be in excruciating pain as their entire body is crushed to death while the Mongols feast on them. In Kozelsk (Russia) there were no survivors from the invasion as mentioned in Document #4

I believe that the Mongols were barbaric and very destructive and unforgiving people. Although they were barbaric, they united Eurasia and spread ideas and were very intelligent. One reason why they were barbaric is how they ruled in battle. While they were in battle, the Mongols had one person in charge of 10 warriors and then one person in charge of 10 of those groups of ten (100) and then ten of those ten (1000) and genghis would tell only a few people what to do and it would be a chain reaction of how the orders went around to everyone. If only a few people flee from battle out of a ten person group, the whole entire group is sIaughtered.…
