Saying by to Momma Skitles and Daddy Spree, I walked into my new sanitized room. After looking around, I decided to take the bottom of the bunk bed in the far corner. “Better to have one close to the ground and near the closet.” I started making my bed when I got another sudden hunger pang. I doubled over as the intensity of my hunger overtook me. I reached, with trembling hands, into the extra suitcase. Withdrawing a book, I took out my favorite straw. I quickly ripped into the book, not worrying about the ink that spilled from my lips or the idea of one of my roommates walking in and seeing me. When I finished draining the book of all the appetizing ink, I threw the book back into the suitcase and wiped the dripping ink from my mouth. I
