What is a mission statement: A Mission statement is a means of communicating the core purpose of an Organization, who they are, what they do, and why they do what they do.
For the purpose of this study I will be looking at the mission statement below:
“Want to keep a team motivated? Then give them solid direction and plenty of inspiration”.
I choose to review the MOLSON COORS Brewing Company’s ABOUT US Page.
After a thorough view of their about us page I will sincerely say that, their driven force is quite intriguing.. They talked about their passion for their products and the fact that it’s been inherited, that is to say like a culture, practice, or characteristics that has been passed down for so many years, and that it still on to the future.

They are known worldwide to make “great beer”, they have good staffs and leaders who have good knowledge of beers, not to forget that most of this branches are mergers that has been in the brewery business for long time, with a vast experience in the business, having gotten their experience from working with other breweries. Over the years they have been able to sustain their brewery greatness through their taste, and through dedicated master brewers, the ingredients used, and their timeless tastes that take time to produce because they believe quality can’t be rushed. I will say yes they do, their mission is to keep a team motivated and then give them a solid direction. On the website if you look at their leadership team, you will find out that most of them have been employed to the organization as an employee but has worked their way up to being the top managers and executives of the organization, and their long years of experience can as well serve as a motivation to their team at molson coors, and so also creating an incentive program to reduce the rising costs of absenteeism within the business and challenges identified in the global annual people survey around health and wellbeing, “the Molson Coors UK team developed a coordinated Wellbeing campaign.
