We used the report referenced above to create estimate that is attached. This is all mold damage.
Insured and I reviewed report and I tried to explain what it said and assist him with his next moves. I let him know he needed to notify Management Company and his association as soon as possible. As you requested I did get the name of the management company; “United Community Management” and there phone number is 954-752-8119.
According to the mold report there is mold in common are behind wall under window. Our estimate has allowed for repainting this area and a hallway that is also attached to this room after repairs are completed. Mold report also states kitchen cabinets need to be removed to identify extent of mold damage. We have allowed removing & resting cabinets. Plus additional items needed to complete that task and painting. Report also reported mold in AC closet that will have to be remediated, we have allowed painting this area after remediation is completed by qualified contractor.
Insured did ask me about ALE and I referred him to you regarding this matter. I did discuss in great detail that he has $5,000.00 in coverage and that was the maximum of his mold
