In this paragraph, I used context clues and connotations in many different ways. One way I connotation was in this sentence “Can it be long before the film rights to the triumph-over-adversity story are snapped up, and William Kamkwamba, the boy who dared to dream, finds himself on the big screen?” This sentence uses connotation because you can tell the tone that was set for the sentence is victorious. It is a heroic moment that is happening and William Kamkwamba is being praised for what he did. With context clues I was able to break down some of the parts in the article which I did not understand. I was able to get the whole meaning of a section in the article just with a few words explaining to me the more difficult parts of the text. That
