It can be said that having a business in hospitality industry is one of the most delicate industry from the whole world . That`s because it all starts with the guest and ends also with him judging your services or products.
The key of business`s success is determined by some important factors like knowing what are guest`s expectations , accomplishing or exceeding them. Sometimes you can lower the price in order to satisfy your customer and increase your profit. So can quality be measured with a specific “instrument” ?

Aromas and spices mix together to create unique flavors and more than satisfy guests. Menus are written in English and Dutch languages because of the multicultural environment and you can find a reasonable variety of dishes that are weekly changed . This invites guest to try every time they come a new tasty experience. Prices are fair and the restaurant conceived special offers for customers showing that quality and quantity are well balanced within the price.
As for the personnel , waitresses/waiters are always on time when the guest wants to order food or drinks taking also care to clean the tables. Chiefs sometimes exit the kitchen and gently ask customer`s opinion regarding the food and its quality . Supervisors are always keeping an eye on mistakes and makes sure everything is working perfect.
Through Stenden Hotel policy, Wannee Restaurant gives a chance also to young students to taste quality and interact with guests in order to gain experience and define their quality perspective. Students can work there as waiters, chefs, supervisors and
