The new improvement on App should be treated as Trade Secrets until it is offered for distribution to our customers. Company emails, orders, and contracts are protected by appropriate confidentiality restrictions and are regulated in documents as the title of "secret". Since Modern & Future Technology Inc. relays on a large amount of clients, client contact list is most important part to maintain the trade secrets. Therefore, we divide our thirty employees to ten groups with three people each to control certain amount of customers information. Each employee should supervise other two colleagues and be responsible for the trade secret in the team. Modern & Future Technology Inc. also provides different company software code for our employees to access contracts, orders, clients' lists, and company emails with permission. We document zero-tolerance policy which means no any forms of discrimination or harassment against any applicant for our employees, managers, and other people on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, and ages. We will try our best to equalize our employees on fifty percent of males and females to prove the fairness in our work environment. Modern & Future Technology Inc. encourages our employees to be relaxed and feel happiness during working hours, so we approve family photos, religious paraphernalia and other personal items on their desks. We forbid the "sexting" message and e-mailed jokes which are considered as online bullying. Employees, especially whistleblower, are responsible to report to the top managers who need to detect these unethical situation and prevent the harassment happened again. Modern & Future Technology Inc. will never against any employee who report harassment whenever the situation is. Our supervisors, managers, and team leaders are not authorized or permitted to support any types of discriminatory practice and against whoever reports the illegal harassment in the workplace, which guarantees that our employees should not be fear to announce discrimination and harassment toward themselves or others
