In summary, on 05/03/16 at 1742 hours while I was patrolling the area of 1500 S 50th Ave. I observed a parked vehicle (08' black Pontiac IL P312325) with three (3) male subjects inside drinking bottles of Modelo Beer. I made contact with the males subjects while they were removing a twelve case of Modelo Beer from the vehicle. I observed eleven (11) empty bottle of Modelo beer and one (1) bottle sealed inside the case. I also observed a Modelo beer bottle with the seal broken in the center console of the vehicle. The male subjects were identified as Bullacho, Ambaro DOB 03/25/84, Moranchel, Edgar DOB 07/03/95, and Sanchez, Noe DOB 08/16/84. They were all checked through LEADS, which revealed Edgar was valid with no wants/warrants and Ambaro
