Mock Interview Report

Improved Essays
This counselor met with Desiree in the office today to review the reports provided by the 3 interviewers that did mock interviews with her on 9/20. Before reviewing the reports, Desiree wanted this counselor to know that she is still doing wonderful on her medications and stated " I feel like myself." She also wanted this counselor to know that she has been clean for awhile now and is confident she can pass a drug test. She said that she is more clear headed and plans to stay clean. This counselor was happy to hear that she is taking the initiative to improve herself.

This counselor and Desiree then spoke briefly about the paperwork she provided her on stress and advocacy. Desiree stated that she is still working on and is now writing in a journal. She stated this has been helping her. She stated she is still working on the advocacy piece of things.

Desiree stated " I believe I did better then I thought I would." After going over the three reports, Desiree was very satisfied. She did very well and there were only a few areas that she needs to continue working on. These area's are: expanding answers to questions, making answers clear and concise, and introducing herself. While in the appointment, this counselor and Desiree worked on these areas by doing a mock interview, discussing ways to answer questions, and ways to practice while she is at
