Midway through her pricey caffeinated latte, Elizabeth Feltner poised herself to commence steadfast into her mock interview. Despite being a veteran of fourteen years of teaching, butterflies fluttered within her breadbasket. Analogous to other passionate educators Elizabeth engaged in this interview as if I was a prospective administrator. When a student acts out I need to diagnose the causes: Why is this student acting out? How does my behavior influence their behavior? Once an established baseline diagnosis is conceived. I reach out for assistance by contacting parents, former teachers, and administrators. My goal is to create a classroom environment where all students race to my classroom because they feel valued and necessary..
