Cell Phone Usage More than 4 billion people own mobile phones. But surprisingly only 3.5 billion use a toothbrush. Cell phone usage has become a controversial topic in any school. As students tend to become more advanced,the use of these mobile devices has become very popular. While some students often misuse the cell phone, it has become a staple in many teachers’ classrooms. The problem is some administrators believe that telephones are distracting devices only used for social purposes.
