This pollution in all kinds of forms does harm to the on-campus atmosphere and mislead students, which will badly influence students who are not mature enough both physically and mentally.

Some kinds of mobile phones double as cameras. People who possess this kind of mobile phones can take pictures secretly at any time and any place. Moreover, they can send the pictures to other mobile phones having the same function and the Internet as soon as possible. According to some reports, many illegal men turn their notice to campus. They take a large quantity of photos in dorms, toilets, bathrooms and then send to the internet.

Strange call rings are frequently found in public places like quiet classrooms, self-study rooms, meeting rooms and so on. Perhaps many teachers and students are familiar with this as well as resentful of it. The phone call ring brings people enjoyment and comfort if it appears in the right occasion and timing. However, in some special occasion, no matter how beautiful it is, it will destroy the peaceful atmosphere and even disturbing. Some students set their rings as funny, freaky even horrible and vulgar. The most radical thing to change the negative influence which was brought by low-age consumer is to totally upgrade the level of students’ agent accomplishment and consciousness of self-discipline and to strengthen students’ ability of self-manage to use handset in a healthy way. What students need is not those forbidden, but the capability of judging matters.

Media Education is a way to impart the media knowledge, including all kinds of intermediary identities, the different intermediary languages, skill of making films and movies, aesthetic justic e of intermediary outputs and sociological values and so on. The purpose of Media Education is to build up students’ understanding about intermediary outputs, to train students’ attitudes towards intermediary information, to upgrade students’ abilities of judging information, to teach students learn how to use media properly and efficiently and take on information.

On the campus, the traditional Medias, with newspaper and magazine as their symbols, have more superiority in the news and information field. Meanwhile, the direct medias have the obvious advantages in
