The consumer is a 23 year old African American Male staying at Is Care which is where services was provided. The consumer was discharge from BCA Stonecrest on Tuesday, 4/26/17. The writer met with the consumer he had flat affect, soft spoken and he had some frustration during his assessment he also regret from his behavior last night. The consumer admit to leaving the facilities and smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol which cause him to become aggressive. The consumer denied any suicidal/homicidal ideation, no visual, auditory hallucination and no delusional thought. However, the consumer was calm and did cooperative and the writer was able to complete his assessment.
It is recommendation is that the consumer need Mobile Crisis Stabilization.
