Is it possible that your history and heritage could hinder, as well as help you? In my opinion, it is possible. The heritage of the Mississippi flag is hindering our state from moving forward. The Mississippi flag, which is partially made of the Confederate Flag, represents a part of our history that should not be ceremonialized. Racist people use the flags as symbols of hate and racism. All the government would have to do is approve of the flag. Other people think they should ban the Confederate Flag. Nazis and Swastikas are illegal in Germany, because they lost their war. The Confederates lost the war. Why isn’t the Confederate Flag illegal in the United States? Again, it wouldn’t take much effort to ban
