However, honesty, teamwork, and commitment are the three most important life values to me. I highly value honesty because it can affect on how people look upon you and this can definitely affect & ruin relationships, whether it is friends or family. By breaking honesty, trust will be broken. I also believe in teamwork because if we work together we can accomplish a common quickly and more efficiently. For example, if I work alone on a poster it would take me quite a while, but if I worked with a team, everyone could have their own part. There would be more ideas, and the poster would look nicer because each person would have time to focus on their own part of the work. Another thing is, the poster will be done quicker. If I worked with a team of three, it would take about an hour. On the contrary, if I worked by myself, it would’ve taken me three hours! Teamwork really does help with time and efficiency. Commitment is another life value you that I definitely hold close to my heart. It is extremely crucial to be committed in order to finish any task. I believe that being committed is the key to accomplishing any goal. As you can see, honesty, teamwork, and commitment are the three most important life values to

At an early age, I didn’t understand the concept of an immigrant family and that our resources were very limited. It wasn’t until I got older, that I finally understood and recognized the struggle that my family went and still continues to go through. My realization began when I was about 11-years old and I noticed that my father not only worked for his own small gardening service, but that he also took my older brothers to work with him. I knew it was a time for serious measures because my brothers started helping my father when they were close to my age, and they continued throughout their whole school years. Everything was going normal in my family then, we rented a house that was in the name of my aunt, had enough money for the bills,…

As I reflect on my personal life I value life itself to the point I live each day not knowing what to expect the next day. Positivity is a major factor in all that I do to the point of trying to view all things in a positive way and leaving the negativity out the door. As a mother, partner, educator, and entrepreneur I strive to be mindful, spiritual, and conscious of all my actions. I value these things because this is what makes up my life and what I live for each day. My life is a fourth generation person and I relate because I “want to live, love, learn, and leave it like a seed with balance and joy" (Covey, 73) the quality of my life is more important than planning it out.…
