Mission Statement Analysis of McDonalds.
The corporate mission statement for McDonald’s is “To be our customers ' favorite place and way to eat and drink. Our worldwide operations are aligned around a global strategy called the Plan to Win, which center on an exceptional customer experience – People, Products, Place, Price and Promotion. We are committed to continuously improving our operations and enhancing our customers ' experience.” This is their mission statement as of September 14, 2013. (Strategic Management Insight).

They are very specific with the way they interact with their business partners and they value their traditions and customs even in business. There are a few things worthy to note about the Chinese business culture. In China and in many other cultures as well, being on time is everything and is very important etiquette. With the huge traffic, especially in Beijing, it is important to set out early enough to compensate for time lost in traffic. Avoid complaining or showing a negative attitude when you first meet people. Also, it is extremely important to remember the names of your business partners. These things help to build a good impression, sets and creates a positive atmosphere fit for business. In the Chinese business culture, introductions start from the most senior person and works its way down, which is not the case in most other business cultures. Chinese names have a reserve order compared with American names. The last name goes before the first and to show respect, it is advisable to address people by their official title and last name. With respect to the last names, it is important to understand that there a many women working in the business sector in China and most women don’t change their last names to their husbands’
