Introduction
Identification of the mission profile objectives and specification is the first crucial step in development and design process of any manned or unmanned air vehicle. During this process all the objectives were identified and stated. Furthermore, a number of civil UAV application were considered and analysed in order to extend the mission specifications were possible.
The main mission objective of this UAV is the ability of payload delivery to a ground target in Tanzania where the aid agencies facing major difficulties delivering required aid to remote areas of the country.

1.2 Mission Location and Geography:
1.2.1 Topography: The primary mission operation location is the East African Country of Tanzania with the Area of 947300 Km2 Which makes Tanzania the 31st largest country in the world. The country lies at an altitude of over 200m. A plateau averaging 900-1800m. The highest Altitude of 5,895m in Kilimanjaro located at the north west and the lowest Altitude at Lake Tanganyika of 0.047 Km below sea level [1].
Masai Steppe in the north with altitude range between 213 to 1067m above the sea level which give rise to the Mountains in north east where Africa’s highest peak located. Central Tanzania is a large plateau known as Southern highlands with plains and arable land. Savannah covers over half of the country and the desert covers the remaining land area.
The western shore consists of plain land along the coast of Indian Ocean [2]. The topographical map of Tanzania shown in figure1.

The hottest period temperature ranges of 20 to 31o C while the coldest period temperature range is 15 to 20o C. The annual temperature is 32o C. The climate is hot and humid with rainfall in eastern coastal region. The majority of climate of the country is Tropical savannah, while the second major climate is warm semi-arid climate [3]. 1.2.3 Population Density: According to the Tanzanian Official Population and Housing Census, Rural Population Percentage counts up to 80.4% of the total population of 44.9 Million people [4]. According to Trading Economics Rural population is up to 69.1% of the whole population of the country [5].
