Something I need to stop doing is feuding with my supervisors when I don’t get my way. Even though the idea may not be the best route to go with I need to back my leaderships decision and support them to the fullest extent. Something I need to start doing is getting more involved with my subordinate’s development. In NCOA-ILE we learned of the deliberate development plan and how to guide our airmen through their careers. Creating this plan will help my subordinates in areas they require improvements and make them a valuable asset within the Air Force. I will keep taking care of my airmen.
