“Miss Brill” is a short story written by Katherine Mansfield that describes a day of Miss Brill’s life. Miss Brill is an elderly lady that dresses up with her fur and goes to a concert in the park weekly and watches people. She is a lonely woman that finds it interesting to watch the people interact around her other than interacting with them. As she is at the park scoping all the people around her, a young couple comes into her eyesight and she automatically listens to their conversation. When the couple seen Miss Brill, they said some rude things about Miss Brill that made her feel bad and return to her home. Miss Brill is worse off now than she was before, but I think she will still come back to the park every Sunday because she has nothing
