For women, they have emergency contraception kits and reversible contraception such as long lasting methods like IUD’s and birth control implants. Planned Parenthood provides vasectomies for men. Approximately 41% of Planned Parenthood facilities contain STI/STD testing and treatment. This includes HPV treatments, HIV tests, and other treatment for men and women (Planned Parenthood). Contrary to popular belief, only 3% of Planned Parenthood facilities provide abortion services. There are roughly 10,933,675 procedures done a year at PP, and only 327,166 of those are abortions (Planned Parenthood : Services). Some will argue that ObamaCare provides the same services, however you have to qualify for it. Many people make just above the amount needed to qualify, therefore they have to buy their own insurance.
