I do not know how to cook my own meals 9 years ago before I met my husband and his family. My husband and his sister are a Certified Professional Chef's and his mom is a brilliant home cook. My 2016 New Year Resolution was to cook/bake more food so, in order to start there are steps to accomplish this Prep, cook, and clean.

Mise en Place is a French Culinary phrase which means "putting in place," as in set up" or "get your stuff together." In 2006, I completed Preptory Cook Course with Certificate of Completion. Everything needs preperation no matter what you do. In

I love to learn new or old recipes from anyone who will teach me with compassion. I have issues with my weight so, learning how to cook can control how much I gain or loss daily or weekly.

Is Cleanliness Next to Godliness? (Acts 9:32-10:23) I really do not know but, in culinary circles it has another name called cross-contamination it happen at anytime. I live in Arizona and we have Mohave County Department of Public Health Food Handler Card for anyone working in or around food in Mohave County. It states "Hand washing in seperate sink and 3-compartment sink (soap-water, hot-clear water, and room water with sanitizer). All really good in theory for a business but, for home is a little different. "Manually Washing Dishes and Utensils" is the best way to know if you have clean dishes or not.

In Conclusion, I am learning something every day I wake up and I want to thank my Mother-in-Law Rose Marie for having patience with me. It is early Febrary in the New Year and I have cooked more meals then I have cooked since I married my husband.
