In couples with at least two miscarriages , there is a balanced chromosome rearrangement in one of a partners. The most common of these is a segment of nonhomologous chromosome has exchanged places with a segment of a normal chromosome .If there is a such a rearrangement , the chromosomes have difficulty to be paired up and divided normally during meiosis. The result of these is that an unbalanced amount of chromosomal material (deficiencies) possessed usually by gametes. These abnormal balances are usually fatal for the embryo that is developing or fetus causing as a result an miscarriage. Sometimes, if pregnancy continues with the above situation mentioned , the baby is born with significant congenital anomalies and mental

The miscarriage of Thibodeaux's case would of undeniably turned out much different if all the parties involved in arresting, prosecuting, defending and sentencing this man would of been much more thorough with the details and facts provided to them by the crime. Carelessness is not excusable by people who have the power to have another person's life in their hands. The Police Department who arrested Mr.Thibodeaux, could have considered seeking further information about the case. Possibly looking into a much more suited suspect like Ms.Champagne's relative with prior history of pedophilia and abuse towards women. The judge and jury should have requested much more evidence and detailed descriptions of statements and eyewitness reports.…

All symptomatic males tested had a forty-seventh chromosome in their cells. Though this may seem like a minimal change beyond the norm, these are the instructions for how the body should develop and if anything is thrown off balance it could result in extreme anomalies. During a process called meiosis, a type of cell division, a sperm or egg may experience a critical error called nondisjunction where the sex chromosomes do not split correctly. When nondisjunction occurs, the sperm or egg will have an extra chromosome which will then be duplicated if fertilization by the flawed sperm or egg is successful. The embryo then begins copying, dividing, and creating new cells in mass quantities based upon this flawed…

Klinefelter’s syndrome (KS) is a genetic condition that can be caused when someone, usually male, has two X chromosomes and one Y chromosome giving them forty seven and not the normal forty six chromosomes. Males normally have an X chromosome and a Y chromosome and females normally have two X chromosomes. When either the sperm or the egg has a pair of sex chromosomes doesn’t succeed in separating formation, thus there is an extra chromosome causing the DNA abnormality during fertilization. This extra sex chromosome will copy its abnormal DNA into every cell of the new baby as it develops in utero. In mosaic cases, chromosomes fail to separate when a cell divides in early embryonic development, and only a portion of the baby's cells have the extra X chromosome giving them a mixture.…
