Recently in my grade 9 Language Arts class we read Miracle In The Andes and watched the documentary I Am Alive. While hearing your story I learned about the difficulty and struggle that you had to cope with everyday on the Andes mountains. I am writing this letter to you in hopes of learning more about how you were able to walk out of the Andes.
While reading Miracle In The Andes I was taken back and impressed by how much courage and strength you and your friends had in a crucial situation. I could not imagine how much for thought had to be put into your plan to venture outside of the mountains to find help.
