I think that minors should be tried as adults but to some extent. In my opinion I think that minors do have the capacity of understanding from right and wrong. Although I feel that some minors that are sentenced to prison should be evaluated first to see if they have psychological problems. If the minors do have psychological problems then they should be in rehabilitation and not be punished. If teenagers don’t have mental problems than they should be punished. The most persuasive arguments that I find out was that teenagers don’t have the capacity to reason and control impulses. The brain hasn’t fully developed yet and it doesn’t develop until the age 25. My views have changed as the result of the research I have done in the past weeks. At
