Some would argue trialing minors as adults would allow death punishment, and that is too extreme. Once again the time should reflect the crime, regardless of age, gender, or race. If the crime is so heinous, horrible, and horrendous, then the death penalty should be considered (depending on the state); even if the offender is a minor.

Trialing minors as adults will persuade other minors’ minds about partaking in a crime. It will also show how the justice system is fair. To judge someone on their race is to be called a racist. To judge someone on their sex is to be called a sexist. So would you judge someone on their age and become
