Questions
1. What makes and action moral or immoral? It depends on the initial actions though. If you are going to commit a crime that either hurts someone else or in that circumstance then it is immoral. To make an action moral would of course be the opposite of committing a crime and causes no hurt to another person. Just like with the pre-cogs predicting the future of people committing crimes before they happen. That makes moral people immoral before they understand why they have made that choice.
2. Under what circumstances should you be held morally accountable for your actions? So in this circumstance if someone cheats on a test with already knowing the future outcome from if you get caught would be showing that one should be held accountable for their actions. Or if someone knows that robbing a bank would have the outcome of going to jail or something else, would be another example of being held accountable for someone’s actions.

Should you be held morally accountable for actions that you intend to commit but have not done so yet? Someone should have already made the choice in order to be held accountable for it instead of being punished beforehand because we all can make a choice especially if we had the knowledge of knowing what was going to happen to us if we did make the wrong choice in committing that crime. Even the best people in the world may sometimes think about wanting to do something but never take action in doing so because they already know that it is immorally wrong and will know if they proceed to commit the crime will result in major penalties towards
