All throughout history black and minorities have been enslaved and under the power that is a white man, and it continues to remain that way. Even though people can’t physically hurt another without facing some form of trouble, there will always be the white male who acts as if he is one hundred times better than the colored person he deems to be scum of the earth. No one should have to feel this way, ever. Young minorities should watch the documentary because everyone should deserve to feel empowered and accepted. Similar to any other documentary you would watch on Animal Planet or Investigation Discovery, you see multiple people getting interviewed and asked questions, so why should mine be any less than that?
If I could pick anyone particular in the world to interview about the Black Lives Matter Movement and my documentary, I would probably want to interview those who are no longer with us. People such as Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Ella Baker, or Martin Luther King Junior. There would be so many questions I would love to ask to receive as many insightful answers as I possibly could, but as we all know very well, those heroes and heroines of the Civil Rights Movement have all since passed away- or been assassinated. With each of those out of the question, my next target would have to be a protesting group. I feel as if a group of protesters standing up for the change they’d want to see happen regarding them in the world. I’m sure they would bring a positive vibe to my documentary by showing others what it’s like to stand up for their beliefs and actually work towards putting something big into motion. I would use them to show everyone else that just as they were treated into the 1900s, the minorities still can’t have the long deserved freedom they should have received by this point in
