There are two types of illnesses for children; minor illness and major illnesses. Minor illness includes things such as: colds, allergies, and the flu. However the minor illnesses do contain some unexpected benefits, this includes: building up immunity and allowing children to enhance understand their bodies. Major illnesses last longer and sometimes require a vaccine to prevent them early on. One of the most recurrent major illness to affect preschoolers is cancer, more particularly leukemia. Leukemia is when bone marrow produces too much white blood cells, which induces anemia and potentially death, because of treatment advances more than 70% of children with leukemia survive.
