Recommendation
For the programs, it is recommended that our school could provide a wider range of exercise-related classes to students. According to the interviewees, they would like to see some intermediate classes(16%), with low course fees to students, since about one-sixth respondents(63%) were only willing to pay less than one hundred dollar for four lessons.
For the sports facilities, many interviewees(31%) complained about the size of the gym room is slightly cramped. It is recommended that the school may enlarge the current gym room or place some gym equipment in hostels. As over two-third of Lingnan students are female and consider that they enjoy running more(54%), the school may buy more running machines or build a running track around the campus. It might encourage students to develop an exercise habit and a lifelong healthy living style if the school puts more efforts in promotion of exercise habit by means of improving facilities.
