Product Kariman A lot of people buy their product in different branches, mainly because it is cheap. Also because of it tastes good. It is also easy to eat. A customer may buy one and carry it around for consumptions with ease. The main weakness of their product that they do not store it in a way that the quality is conserved. Towards the end of the day the quality of their products go down because they make the sandwiches at batches which in turn sacrifices quality.
Place Physical Stores Same with 7-11 there are a lot of ministop branches established around metro manila which makes their product easy to reach. Their store are poorly maintained which tarnishes their brand.

Pan De Verdura The strength of this product is that they used a special sauce to make their sandwich different which is a good differentiation of their product

the sandwich consists mainly of vegetarian products and it is very flexible The look itself of the product is not very appetizing

Some people may not really like the sandwich because of its different blend of ingredients
Place Unit 17 GF Tropical Palms Condominium, Gallardo St. side, Legaspi Village, Makati Their physical store is actually located at the center of business district which actually is a good place The downside of their location is that it is located at the back of two tall buildings, where the parking lot exits are located. The bad thing about their location is that their store is actually difficult to see which is not really good for their brand.

The downside of their pricing is that it is too expensive for it to be affordable for the mainstream market, considering that their product is more of a foodie type of product, this is bad news for them
Promotion Social Media Page Their brand name is actually good, it is catchy and easy to spot in social media pages as well as other online platforms which give their brand name some exposure. They are weak in terms of print advertising, it would have been better for them if they had used this type of media to create more brand awareness.
