The goals of management, union and society is to seek an increase for minimum wage for fast food worker who are working for $9.00 to raise the minimum wages to $15.00 per hour. If the law is enforce it will increase the employees pay and work conditions. The new wage law would result in reorganizing all fast food industry, retail worker to help bust the economy.

The fast-food companies and their franchisees approach the minimum-wage issue through union-management collaboration is to come to an agreement to be fair to the work to increase of the cost of living and high premium on medical insurance. I would recommend the approach to increase the wage to $15.00 and also offer more opportunity to assist with development, work to high education
