Some believe that servers should be paid a minimum wage pay check along with thier tips, others disagree.
I can see how raising an hourly wage to a minimum wage can be beneficial. As of 2014, the Economic Policy Institute has reported that servers are bearly making living and have to rely on tips to pay the bills. What would happen if you had a night that was quiet? Would you still be able to pay for your needs on just a hourly wage pay check? I wouldn't.
