Minimum Age Should Be Able To Drive

Decent Essays
I believe people should be able to drive at whatever age they feel like they can non-violently drive. The minimum age should be thirteen, and as long as you’re a teenager, driving tests should be more difficult. Also, instead of just passing, everyone has to get 100%. As long as we know that teens will be unhurt, they can drive. If they drive violently, and won’t drive aware of danger and responsibly, then they shouldn’t be able to drive. I definitely don’t think the minimum age should be raised. Sixteen is more than old enough for a mature person to drive a vehicle.

If a person is not mature or they can’t drive safely enough, then they don’t pass the test, no matter how old they are. We should do this because there are some kids that aren’t

Although most people would disagree, I think that the driving age should not be risen for two reasons. The driving age was changed to 16 so that the blood alcohol limit for under-20s would be decreased to 0. Parliament also felt that it would strengthen the restricted license test. Another reason I disagree with the age change is that I do not want to have to wait any longer.…
