Minimal Pediatric Experience

I would say that I have minimal pediatric experience. The only experience I had was as a student nurse, when I worked in mother baby and in the ER. I have not really worked on a pediatric floor. I am looking forward to this course and the practicum hoping that by the end of the ten weeks I would learn how to apply evidenced based findings into the management of child and adolescent health concerns. The objective I would also like to achieve is to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and management strategies in improving the health status of children and
