But as we are acquiring our masters level of education in nursing and expand our leadership roles, we need to gain knowledge in coding and billing.

I noticed a lot of my fellow nurses do not know nor do they care to know about coding and billing. As we document into the EMR, we are aware that our nurse's note cannot support the physician’s diagnosis and therefore is not

Review of ACARA Documents After the review of ACARA documents in particular History Year 10 () this paper will conclude that a Humanistic worldview taints the overall direction of the prescriptive curriculum allowing for a personalized model of learning in flexible classrooms. Underpinning this view are the key proponents of Maslow, Roger and Knowles whom research in terms of self actualization, teacher as facilitator have moved away from the pre enlightenment era of teacher directed, conforming and competition driven instruction. Every profession has a minimum set of required competencies that an individual must meet to perform their duties. Sometimes these are a specific set of skills or tasks that we must be able to perform, but to be competent we must be able to “get the bigger picture”. Sure, we can learn how to start an IV, insert a foley catheter or pull a temporary CVC, but can we effectively communicate with other members of the healthcare team?
