To start off, it might be important to know that I have a light to medium skin tone, with neutral undertones, my skin is very oily in my T-zone and normal everywhere else. So with that being said, remember that every skin will react differently to different foundations.

The first time I used it, I used E.L.F. Mineral Face Primer as my base. While applying the foundation with a damp beauty blender from Ulta (I don't like brushes as they tend to leave brush strokes on my face and don't pick up excess foundation) I found that it's really easy to blend, it's true to color, and it's buildable (light to medium coverage). I like a more full coverage, so I was a tad disappointed, it wasn't anything that concealer couldn't fix, but I also liked that you could get a light coverage on days you might want a lighter look. After I finished my makeup, including powder and a setting spray (7:30 am) I looked fine. No oil, no pores, not patchy. I loved it. I checked my makeup for the first time after finishing it right before I went into work (9:00 am). OMGosh, I looked like someone poured baby oil all in my T-zone. It was horrible. I thought I might have to touch it up through out the day, but I didn't think it would be that soon. I mean an hour an a half, really? So I blotted, powdered and went in to work. I then checked my face at 11:30 am and i was oily again, but this time you could see ever pore in my T-zone. I looked awful and it wasn't even noon. I continued to check my face every few hours (6 times total) and found it always looked the same, oily, pores galore, and starting to go patchy. I couldn't wait to get home and wash my face.
