Previous Experience: Im Helper/Forums Mod on Extronus factions and I have been staff for about a mouth. With this new role I have learnt alot and really enjoyed my time, I am now really motivated to help and found a really enjoyment for it.
I also often help Remy (minehq staff member) in the minehq support rooms with SSing, reviving etc.

Im in the Australian time zone.
Estimated Schedule:
2-4 hours on week days
3-6 hours on the weekends

Well i believe that I am a mature person who is very easy to talk, I have a good amount of experience. I know how much dedication is needed to not only be a part of the staff team here on Hcgames but how to be a active and "good" staff member of the server. If you consider the time I am available on the server you will be able to see that I have an upper hand because Im Australian and there aren't any Au staff members as of now. I can work very well as an individual, which is a very good asset to have if there are no other staff online to help with something for example, SS a player who is suspected of hacking. But this skill doesn't limit me to only being able to work by myself, I have a good relationship skills and I get along with most people I meet, with that I think I can work well with the present staff team on the server which will help me to work with them in the future if my application does indeed get …show more content…
I may not be able to help a player in the best way possible simply because of the lack of permissions I have currently but this doesn't hold me back, I still try and help everyone to the best of my ability with the permissions I have currently. But i assure you that with extra permissions I can help even more people that need it.
I know what type of dedication is needed to be a part of a staff team, especially the staff team on Hcgames. I realise the fact that I would have to give up on actually playing the game and moderate the server at given times, and I am okay to give that up to help the server and the players that play on it everyday.

Finally I did make a staff app recently and after taking time to write this one (2 hours) Im very embarrassed about the one I made before and I know this App shows off my skills and commitment to the server in a much better way.
Another thing in my first App I asked some friends to look at it and +1. This time I will let the App do the talking and not biest
