Minecraft Staff Scenario

Yes, I have a ton of experience in being staff. I have been staff on a lot of servers throughout my Minecraft career, and I will name some of the servers I have been staff on. First we have VastPvP: It was a OP gapple server back in 2012/2013, and this server didn't really have a lot of players on it. The owner was OBraveOne, and DrErSeN, and I soon decided to apply for staff, and I was accepted. I soon made it up to Head-Admin, and it was awesome. Soon after I was promoted i'd say about 1 month after, he decided to shut the server down, because he wanted to focus on School / College, that was my very first server I was staff on, and this is when I learned the basic commands. So, the owner of EyeOfEnder was selling it, and a man named Bargraphics bought it. Soon after it bought it he changed it to PlayMC, and is now ArcherGames. The server is still up and going, but nobody plays on it. I was also staff on PlayMC after I resigned from EyeOfEnder, and was demoted because of inactivity. Now we will move on to the HCF servers. First we have OxPvP: It is a HCF, Kitmap, and practice server. It first started off as SimplyHCF, and this is when I applied for staff. I was accepted and made it up to Mod+, then the server changed to OxPvP, and I was still staff, and I learned so many HCF commands but I do not want to put them because it's not needed. I made it up to Senior-Mod, and was demoted because I applied for another server that is coming up next. Before I go to the next server this server has around 30-50 players daily, and about 10-20 at night. Last but not least, we have VeltPvP: it is also like OxPvP with Practice, kitmap, and HCF. Like Ox, before it was VeltPvP it was SharpPvP, and that is also when I applied for staff, and got Helper. After I was accepted like a few days after it shut down, and I wasn't very
