I like to think I’m an accessible, and approachable person as both a staff member and a player. I always treat other players with utmost respect and I have, for the most part, flawless grammar at all times. I’m passionate about what it is I want to do, both in real life and in Minecraft, and staffing on Vynox is one of the things I really would like to do and have wanted to do for a long time. I’m thorough when helping players, I make sure any issue is fully resolved before closing the conversation and I believe this is an important skill. No matter how many times I have to explain something, I will make sure the player understands and feels comfortable with the problem. I am also very straight forward, and I like to speak my mind which can sometimes be interpreted as a bad thing. However, I believe this trait fits in with my personality and is balanced, meaning I do not go around spilling secrets or disclosing information I shouldn’t be, making me reliable and trustworthy as well as open minded.

No, I’m not talking about lovey relationships, I’m talking about bonds with other staff on the team and players on the server. I have already started building bonds with some of the staff on the server, not to “suck up to them” or anything of the like, simply because in the 21st century relationship networking is a necessary skill and I was curious if it applied to the server too. I have befriended multiple staff members through a common interest and I believe this demonstrates my likeability and my understanding of the staff in general. I know that I can count on those staff to answer my questions and I believe that if I became staff, I could establish these kinds of relationships with the players as
