Introduction and Situational Analysis
In today's society, there is a misconception that investing in the international stock market is only for utmost powerful e.g. Billionaires, International, and multi-billion companies. However, its untrue everyday people around the globe are able to participate in this movement and are able to benefit from it finically. Because of the lack of awareness and programs that encourage everyday people to invest in the international stock market has left many people unsure where to start. The result of having a lack of knowledge can put new investors at risk as they unaware of the legal and complex matter when investing in the international stock market. Background
At MineCompany 2/30 employees have invested and know about the international stock market however many employees were left confused when asked about the ways of investing. Which lead to many employees curious about the subject when told about there is financial gain when doing investment and many asked for a relevant link to the subject afterward. Therefore, it is necessary for MineCompany to inform their employees as the company itself operates and is in involved in the stock market and financial planning.
Outside of the Company, many are still unaware of the international stock market investments and the benefits of it. This may result in the MineCompany losing a group of potential customers, therefore, creating promotional items that will spread the message and expose/open a new market of customers for MineCompany.
Therefore, it is essential for MineCompany to create communication strategy extremally and internally because of the many benefits listed.

The message that the email will portray will hopefully increase the awareness of employees about international stock market investments are not just for the rich but everyday people as well. The flyer design message will display the message that everyday individuals can invest and be successful. These communication strategies will be conducted the day after employee’s payslips are release as it may motivate employees to invest quicker. MineCompany aims are to increase their employee's personal experience and knowledge of investments as it may help their work performance and assist customers with their investment
