For example, the Hamilton Rating Scales was given again (depression) and the 5 Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (mindfulness). MBCT significantly had a reduction in depressive severity according to the Hamilton Scale. The study did not find significant changes in suicidal ideation. Participants who completed the MBCT treatment attended an average of six classes.
