The Mind Works programs enable individuals and schools to access mindfulness meditation practices to help reduce stress and to gain awareness (Mind Works). Mindful Schools is a company that produces multiple teacher training programs, and a social media presence, that provides in-depth research, information, and highly developed methodologies, to help schools incorporate mindfulness into their daily education plan. Mindful Schools has introduced mindfulness to over 1.5 million children worldwide using an extensive support system, and teacher training programs, including multiple short-term courses, year-long training programs, online and residence training courses (Brensilver, 2016).
MindUpTM is a training program for Pre-K-eighth grade students, that uses 15 lessons in mindfulness to help bring balance and happiness into the classroom and home.
