In interdependent systems every pat of the system impacts the other and is impacted by the other parts of the system. In communication we send and receive messages, however if a message is not heard or misunderstood there may be conflict that can affect the relationship between the sender and the receiver. Therefore, communication is interdependent.
Human relations movement views employees less as individual, replaceable machine parts and more as sources of group information and skill that can be developed through training and education by the organization. For example, last summer I interned at a charter school and the organization had professional development programs for the interns. This included workshops on finding jobs, resume/cover letter review and the chance to network with different professional in other departments. This HRM is important to me because I want to hopefully have a career in an organization that values me as a person and allows for development/growth in field verses a cog in the machine that generates revenue
