I agree with the findings I got from the leadership quiz such as the self confidence in which I got 10/`10 because I always believe in the proverb that says ( confidence is the companion of success). Also confidence build and enhance achieving goals successfully " it's just as important to build self-confidence by setting and achieving goals" ("Building Self-Confidence - Stress Management Skills from Mind Tools", (n.d.), para.48).

I can improve my leadership abilities using the resources recommended. For example, "Heron's model has two basic categories or styles – "authoritative" and "facilitative." Those two categories further break down into a total of six categories to describe how people intervene when helping."
