A 28-year-old Glen Bell was cooking in his roadside stand, Bell’s Drive-In in San Bernardino, California. Across from is roadside stand was a restaurant named Mitla Cafe. Milta Cafe was filled with guest especially during lunch time. The restaurant’s main consumers we're Latinos/Hispanics. When trying Milta Cafe he tried their special, a taco and fell in love. Only a few non-Hispanic Americans have tried Hispanic cuisine.
