As seen from the article, “7 Millennial Traits That Baby Boomers Need to Learn,” millennials don’t want to live with their lives revolving around their jobs. My generation is passionate and will take risks to follow their dreams, for better or worse. The article goes on to explain that instead of an endless grind, millennials want ‘a clear objective over an understood timeframe, and when they achieve it, it 's a notch in their belt that opens up future opportunities.’ I want for have some sort of guidelines for my work, but I don’t want to be told every move to make. I enjoy being able to make my own choices and having control of my time. The classes I appreciate the most are those where I have creative liberty to learn and work however I do best. I am always impressed by the professor that takes it upon themselves to learn about me and that makes every student feel welcomed in the class and allows the students to learn from each other, not just from lecture notes. The ideal work environment, then, would be one where I was working on something that I believed in, and where I could do work in a manner that I chose. In this way, my colleagues and I could learn from one another and so further our fields, since we would be able to look at problems from different
