I can make over 20 different types of bread. I make different breads based on the class of people. For the nobles, vassals, and lords I made the finest white bread, the single bread that I made was for the average man, like myself, and a coarsely ground dark bread was made for the serfs and peasants. Some other types of bread that I make are knights bread, popes bread, varlet's bread, and many others. I make different types of breads for different people, which is one reason why I'm so important to my medieval society. I either bring the bread to them, or they come and get the bread for me. Depending on the class, depends on how much money I get for each bread. The higher the class for example, the nobles, would have to pay more money for my bread than the peasants. Everybody in the town paid a fee for me to make my bread, which is another way that I made money. This is an advantage in the economic system that I live in because I can make money from other people, when they buy bread from me. Next, is the disadvantage in the economy that I live in. Since my mill is on the land of the lord, I have to pay taxes to him. Every month, the lord takes taxes from me, because he owns my mill. I pay the lord in either eel that I catch, flour which I produce, or money which I make when I sell my bread. This is a disadvantage in the economy that I live in because I do hard labor everyday, yet I still have to pay my vassal, just because the place that I work is on his land. Even though this happens, I still have relationships with other people that live in the area that I live
