No matter who you are, or what you do, you can always serve your country in one-way or the other. One man who would have gotten payed millions a year playing for the NFL traded it all to serve for the country, and that, that is the real sacrifice. The greater good is better than self-worth.
My position in the United States right now is to be a student. Not only that but to be a role model for people and future generations as well as make past generations proud and allow them to see all their hard work does after all pay off. I do not know much about the military but I am sure willing to find out. I do not know if there is a shortage for people who want to serve or if were needing to have reserved recruiters. I recently had a recruiter message me if I ever thought about joining or if I was interested in joining. I politely declined then asked if I could recommended someone. I myself now am not interested in serving, however, if I can help someone else in any way I will. I think their needs to be more people interested in joining, but I can’t really force anyone, as I myself am not interested. I support people who want to join the military with all hands forward. No matter who you are black, white, gay, or straight if you are interested in serving the country please do so no one will ever shame you for doing it because you are stepping up to the late for this country when millions of others wouldn’t even think of it.
