As a Military Family we move once, every two to three years. I am not even gonna lie, IT IS HARD! It's hard on me, on my family, on my friends and even on my dog. In my lifetime I have moved about thirteen times, ten of these in the last eleven years as a Military Spouse. Some have been for as long as three years and others as short as a month. Every time we move we are faced with:
fear, doubt, stress, pain, overwhelm, guilt, regret, hopelessness, resentment, uncertainty, ...
I mean, the list can go on and on and on. To make matters worst, its even harder when you are leaving loved ones behind. Secretly, I prefer to be the one leaving instead of the one staying but, its always easier to leave when you know the ones staying behind will be
