A memo describes a project that Mildred re-surfacing and reconfiguration. From this memo, I found several pieces of the design could be improved. Also, I agree with some good decisions made by the author. First of all, the wording choice in this memo is easy to understand. The vocabularies in this memo usually have one meaning. For instance, on the first point of “What will they do,” it directly indicates that they will reduce Mildred Street from a 5 to 3 roadway. This makes readers not confused of what their plan is. Another design works for this memo is the pictures at the end of the memo. It helps readers to see what they are trying to do in the future. By sharing the picture, the supporters will not make a different image of what the street
